Brittany Murphy, 32, went into full cardiac arrest and could not be revived, entertainment website TMZ reports. An emergency call was made about 8am Sunday morning (3am today AEDT) from husband Simon Monjack's home, the Los Angeles Fire Department was quoted as saying.
